200 ml whipping cream 80 g water (if using avocado instead of cream) |
put one of the above in a pan |
50 g sugar 50 g cocoa solids 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp star anise 1 pinch cloves 1 drop almond essence 1/2 tbsp candied orange peel (optional) |
add all of these to the pan heat gently and stir with a spoon until silky, and starting to thicken allow to cool a little |
120 g avocado (if not using cream) |
mix with avocado using a whisk or blender pour into little glasses put in fridge |
